Registration now closed
We've had some challenges, but we’ve launched our soccer program in most of our divisions. Registration is now closed.
Safety remains our number one priority, and so we're working hard to make sure that the programs run in accordance with the latest public health guidelines and measures. Please find a link to our return-to-play document below.
Based on the limited permit availability this year we were unable to offer our usual Intermediate and Senior soccer programs. However, our the program for our other divisions is running. Game times and locations are set out at the bottom of this page. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please also note that we are using the SportsEngine App again to share teams, schedules, etc. for the 2021 season. This is mandatory for this season to allow us to follow the public health guidelines for tracking attendance. Please download on your phone ready for the start of the season.
The 2019 season was a big success, with just under 700 kids, a host of amazing volunteers and some luck with the weather (there was no soccer league in 2020 due to the pandemic). We're looking for volunteers to help with the 2021 season as well. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to hear about the opportunities we have available.
Please also note that we'll be using the SportsEngine App again to share teams, schedules, etc for the 2021 season. Please download on your phone ready for the start of the season.
ALL INFORMATION about your child's current season, including team assignment, current schedules, rosters, and up-to-date communications, is available from the free SportsEngine mobile app. Simply download the app by following the instructions below and connect using the same login information as when you registered.

LPAA is entirely organized and run by volunteers in the neighbourhood. We are non-profit and have positions available for all abilities, no experience necessary!
In addition to coaches, this year we have an opening for division conveners and a field permits organizer. If you want to find out more, please email us at email@example.com or click on the "soccer volunteer information" link below.
LPAA offers a Fall house league soccer program for boys and girls aged 4 through 17. We strive to have a fun league where all players can improve their skills and learn the game of soccer.
The 2021 Fall soccer season begins on the first Saturday after Labour Day and runs until the last weekend of October.
LPAA does not offer a Spring or Summer soccer house league program, but LPAA does offer a week-long soccer camp for children up to Grade 6 during August (cancelled in 2021).
Games are usually played at the same location each week at a neighbourhood field, such as Wanless Park, Toronto French School, Glendon College or North Toronto C.I., although sometimes the location will change during the season owing to permits and field availability.
Each team meets for one hour each Saturday during the regular season schedule. The first part of the hour consists of skills practice and the latter portion of the hour consists of a game. Teams do not meet at any other times during the regular season. On Finals Weekend, teams play on Saturday, and depending on standings, on Sunday too.
Soccer cleats are highly recommended, but not required, for the younger leagues (Tykes, Peewees and Juniors - i.e. ages 4-9). Soccer cleats are required for all older leagues. Shinpads are not included, and are required for all players.
Standard rate - $120 (no early bird discount in 2021 due to COVID-19)
